Website Redesign Survey

 

As President Matonak mentioned in his Report to the Board of Trustees for August 2016 and at the Fall 2016 All College Meeting, we are excited to launch the Website Redesign and Development Project.

Focus groups were held in November by our web partner, iFactory, with about 40 faculty, staff and students to kick off Phase I: Discovery.

In order to ensure greater campus participation, we would like to invite all faculty and staff to take a survey to share their thoughts on the web and this project. The survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete and will be active through the end of the day Wednesday, Dec 14. Visit www.hvcc.edu/secure/staff/web-survey-discovery.html to complete the survey.

A survey was sent to all students earlier this week and a campus-wide Town Hall Meeting will be held early in the Spring semester (Date TBA). Additional meetings, communications and surveys will be coordinated throughout additional phases the project.
